We are seeking a strategic, high-performing Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our growing sales team in Brazil.
Your mission will be fundamental to our growth in the region. You will maintain and scale high-value relationships, positioning our cutting-edge Infrastructure, Data, AI, and Security solutions across the Brazilian market. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the commercial strategy for your assigned portfolio, ensuring seamless operational, administrative, and logistical execution.
- Act as a trusted market expert, deeply understanding client challenges to recommend tailored GCP and Google Workspace solutions.
- Plan short-, medium-, and long-term sales and branding activities to maximize our distribution channels and market presence.
- Own and meet established sales, credit, and financial targets.
- Generate key performance indicators (KPIs) and management reports to track, analyze, and optimize business results.
- Coordinate and monitor ongoing projects within your client portfolio to ensure high satisfaction and delivery excellence.
Minimum requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Key Account Manager or Account Manager) handling medium to large enterprise accounts.
- Solid, demonstrable knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Deep familiarity with the Brazilian market, with proven experience managing enterprise clients (experience with mass consumer goods/CPG sectors is a strong plus).
